well you can eaither, 1, when you make a family, if you make 2 male adults, you can make them spouses. or you can can when your a teen or adult, make a strong enough reletintionship to start flirting and go fro there

you click the bed then click relax

then once the one sim in relaxing you click the other sims and ask them to join.

once they are in the bed relaxing together click the sim and there is a woohoo option.

they have to know eachother really well though.

It's easy to do this. First you make to boy sims. Then make them spouses of each other. Save the family. Lastly, you buy an affordable house. now you can make them kiss and flirt.

when you create a family i think there is a spouse option, or you can build up a relationship with another male sim. Its easy for a romantic sim. You can buy a lovepotion in 'Nightlife' from the gypsy woman. Or try the love-jacuzzi.

After 60 relationship points the other sim recieves the flirting gestures more openly. :)
