You can do this with your mouse wheel. I think you can get remote mouses that will do this job for you. You shouldn't need to speed up or slow down though, all you do is copy and paste the lyrics into promptdog and do a teas run where you can alter the spacings between the words by adding spaces between the verses whilst the music is playing. Once you have added all the spaces you need, playing the song and promptdog started at the same time will give you the results you need.
