Um.. there's Redlight districts in Japan, and other places aswell. It's sort of like Los Vegas.. except its just like in those areas prostitution isnt legal, but it isnt illegal. So.. that's what a redlight district is.. just to clear it up for some of the dumbfucks commenting a while back.. :)
