@Anobrax ...you did five sit-ups and you didn't use the water's weight very properly. You held it in your mid torso so the only real muscles that it affected was probably your arms because you were suspending it. Next video, you should do more sit-ups and hold the water closer towards your head, like maybe right over pecks.
@jiggrgermy I had it sitting on my lungs which is why I ran out of breathe so quickly, it was a first and last attempt at using the bottled water (too bulky) and was done well over a year ago now.

The way I'm doing it here, if done enough, probably.
Obviously this was just something I was testing though, but the idea behind it if practiced correctly would work out okay (aka weighted midair sit ups; a weighted vest would probably be the best thing to use).
it really depends which part of your body is the fulcrum. its bad to start curling from your hip as it could damage your lower back. But its fine as long as you can isolate the curl to your upper abs around the top obliques
this exercise is acutally not very usefull since the punching bag is moving all the time. it would be better to do it attached to soemthig that is not constantely moving that way you will exercise your muscles more efficiently
not too bad, but you don't need nearly that much weight. it was easy to tell by how closeo your body you held the bottles of water. if you had a 5lbs weight and hled it away from your body, it would've done alot better for you. good stuff though, very creative

not too bad, but you don't need nearly that much weight. it was easy to tell by how closeo your body you held the bottles of water. if you had a 5lbs weight and hled it away from your body, it would've done alot better for you. good stuff though, very creative
