I have a Line 6 Spider II amp, so it has different amp models built in it. It was pretty hard to figure out pinch harmonics at first and it still is kinda tricky to to find the right spot around the pickups to get them.

it's the 4th fret on the B string and 7th fret on the G string. Also my tuning is dropped half step, with a dropped D. So like (Db Ab Db Gb Bb Eb). Hope that helps.
