I loved Deidre's comments about Frances's REAL personality off-camera. She told it like it was, and didn't hold back! NOTHING like Alice Horton. If she didn't like your outfit or haircut, or a line in the script, she'd tell all! lol Hall totally venerated her.

As I much as I couldn't stand what they were doing to my favorite characters, this was a very comical episode between Deidre and Frances. When I heard they were going to kill off Alice and have Marlena do it. I knew this storyline was a fake and was going to have another turn of events. I just couldn't imagine the show without all those characters. I feel that way now that most of those same characters are now gone for real.

Even though they brought Alice back (for a few more years, anyway), I gotta admit, this would have been a really goofy way to kill off a character that had been there since day one.

My favorite storyline as well. I didn't see the "Salem Stalker" until the killing of Maggie and I was like OMFG!! o.O I couldn't believe Marlena did it. After Marlena "died" I tuned out.
