  • Thanks for posting this incredible vid, I saw the black diamonds display in 67 as a little takker at the Amberley Air Show, impressed me so much (along with the Mirages!) to join the ATC a couple of years later. Fantastic job!

  • well done and thankyou for a great video and all the work the team out there do to keep our flying history in the air!! again well done team

  • Well amongst the sound of Merlins we now have Avons cant wait for its opening flight see you all in September....gee we are spoilt thank god for David Lowey. Sorry if I spelt it wrong.

  • A wonderfully made video of a beautifully elegant aircraft. Thank you for uploading all of your videos.

  • The King of the Air over Korea!! Even if it is a video, "from down under", thanks, guys! These were sports cars, in their days, and still mostly really flown by the pilots, who could feel the plane out, with no "sensors".

  • Likely you Yanks cant afford to restore them anymore ;)

Maybe ur just jealous because our Sabres had better engines and real cannons, not those pissy little spud shooters :D hehe.

  • Well Done!

  • Very nicely done. Congratulations to everyone at TAM for an amazing effort with the restoration, and a beautifully put together video to showcase it.

  • Boy does that bring back memories. I grew up at Duntroon in the sixties and Sabres, Vampires and Canberra bombers would fly over the house almost daily. I even remember the Vulcan that came out for the airshow in 66 or 67. At the time it was the biggest plane I'd ever seen. Amazing job Temora!

  • Great work Temora

  • Great to see in the air again, believe I worked on this aircraft in its 5OTU and 2OCU days at Williamtown. Will be at Temora to see it in the air again

  • My name

  • You have to see this plane in the fresh to see how well it has been turned out.

Well done to the Temora Museum staff and volunteers and to the RAAF for providing them with the air craft.

I now hope the RAAF keeps an F-111 flying.

  • Great plane. Now all it needs is a MiG15 to chase!
