Great when it works. To bad it never does. Anyone able to fix Error :This device cannot start. (Code 10)? My USB hub barley recognizes it most the time. Either that or its an MTP error. Boo this device!!!!

this player has a 2 inch screen, not a 2.4 inch like the newer 829 right? I ask because a new model comming out this september(NWZS639FB in canada), which i plan to buy, has a 2 inch screen. Is the text on the players screen aliased well? I saw a 829 in Best Buy and the on screen text didn't look too spectacular. Please don't suggest I'm not worthy of this player, or tell me to buy an ipod, as it is intended for people who want actual sound quality. Im just curious

i just filled mine in a day... it only really holds 3.5g and that for me was 642 songs... now idk if its the song quality or what... but thats what i got.

I got an IPhone and this during my card distribution. I have high grades but I should have asked for an PS3 instead so that could have and X360 and a PS3. Mine comes with the sample data like pictures, spider-man 3 trailer and some crappy music from japanese bitches.

It's easy to put a playlist. Go the the MUSIC foen create a "NEW FOLDER" on whatever name you like(ALL CAPS ONLY), then put the music on that folder.

MUSIC=NEW FOLDER=PUT MUSIC.

yeah i got this mp3 today for my birthday its really nice looks good and theres no need to buy new headphones because the ones that come with this model are super very crisp and have great sound quaility. the mp3 also has good battery life and i hope you can soon be able to have diffrent themes or applications like mini games! i also looked at the zen v plus but thought it was just too small though it was really cheap 8 gb for like the same price as a 4 gb sony walkman but i still like my sony*

I have the nw-hd3 of 20 gb with 30 hours of battery. I bought it in 2005 and i just love it, no ipod can beat the quality sound of a Sony. Sony produce the best equipment in the world to produce professional music and everything related to sound, also the best surround system is from sony,SONY Dynamic Digital Sound. apple produce good products, i really like ipods, but they cant dream with the sound quality of a sony device. ITS A SONY!! LIKE NO OTHER!

i have this black 4gb and it has excellent sound quality its really small and no you can not put themes on it

I have this exact product and I just had a Creative Zen V+. On the plus side, the quality of the music, photos, and video are superb. Very crisp and all that good stuff. On the nega side, you can't customize your wallpaper, zoom in pictures, or basically customize it the way you can a Zen -- that is basically my major beef with it. Other than that, it's a great player and I'm glad about it.

PLZ does it recognize COMMENT-attribute of the id3-tag? Like when you have "Club mix" in the COMMENT-attribute, is the comment visible in the player?

I still have NW-A3000 and it just ignores the attribute... I'm afraid it is the same with this one.

Got one for Christmas took me 4 days to work out how to put a full length film on it! But I have to say it was well worth it... The sound quality & picture sharpness is suberb..... highly recommended

Sorry, I haven't had a chance to play with Zen, but from what I hear, they make nice players.
