She used her own moisturizing product instead of actual lip primer, I think. They're both as good as each other, and it does help. It makes your lips smooth and easier to work with, and it stops your lip products being too wet or messy (:

I find that if you just wear lipliner it stays on all day. I've been testing different lipsticks for years. I find that Rimmel's Red Diva is the best lip liner, they also do a lipstick to match. No 7's Stay perfect 'Cherry' stays on for most of the day with out lipliner (after around 4 hours it starts to feather so you have to re-apply).

This is a good look for you. :) Since you have such tiny lips the red really makes them pop and your face looks more balanced. Especially with the more neutral eye. MUCH better than the smokey eye you've worn in other videos. Those heavy , dark eye looks just make you look cheap and slutty.
