love the video, so simple! is there a way to depot elf pallettes, such as the eyeshadow quad? do you know of any other inexpensive eyeshadows/blushes/etc that are easy to depot? thanks!

@Petisa83 Did you adhere a magnet to the bottom of the metal pan? The metal pan itself will not stick to a magnetic palette. You need to buy some adhesive magnet (sheets are a couple dollars at the dollar store or places like Walmart)
@softballcrazy9402 It has served me very well for many years (too many to even remember, but definitely more than 5 years). The price is good for a good quality iron, without breaking the wallet for professional-grade ones. I have since upgraded to a GHD iron.
I really don't want to be rude, but if you're going to depot them why not buy them in the pan refill thingy? That saves you money and you're basically buying them to depot them so why not save money and not have to depot them?
@JoyBunny24 Good question! Buying the refill pan does save some money and effort, but they are not available for all eyeshadow / blush colours. This is especially true for limited edition colours. So if you want those colours that only come with the plastic case, this is a method you could use to depot them :) I hope this helps!
@ericaleung13 this is true and I'm sorry I didn't mean to be rude or anything. It is true you can get only some colours in the pan which sucks because it costs more. It's just too much effort depotting them lol :-)
I found the elf brightening quads to be incredibly hard to depot. I ruined a few of the triangles doing that. Most of them were fine, but a couple of them just refused to come out and got bent or broken. I used a sewing machine needle to poke them out.
how come i havent seen any makeup tutorials from you? im not that old of a subscriber so i might have missed the old stuff if you used to make tutorials, but i'd love to see how you apply makeup that is flattering for your eye type since i have eyes just like yours and all the other gurus do stuff that never really work on me. i already saw your tutorial with the drawn eye shapes and your tips but id love to see a live tutorial , thanks!
@LaPetiteArtiste Yes, if you have an empty palette like a Z-Palette or a Mac one with the liner removed... so you don't have to carry around so many individuals... it's all in one case.
thanks for this! helped me out big time.
