I'm the farthest from running Prototypical trains lol i know some really like it and stuff but im happy as long as i have an engine and a long set of cars behind it lol
how about a video showing the new blma reefers and trinity all-purpose cars. i think it would be cool if blma did a video showing all ot their products on this layout.
I had the chance to visit there last spring. What an awesome operation to take in! I had a couple of friends with me who could normally care less about my train hobby, and they were the ones that wanted to stay longer!
@PghTrainFanatic Please note the layout depicts the Tehapachi pass and related points - many sparsely populated. Thus, the lack of said details make the scene more prototypical to match the area modeled.
@PghTrainFanatic I have some very good shots on my play list if you want to check them out. The layout is very impressive and the whole building has 4 big layouts.... several HO, one N Scale and one O scale, not to mention a 3 rail layout in a separate room.
@PghTrainFanatic Some people really have a hard time grasping the fact that a layout doesn't NEED all those figures, vehicles, animals and houses to be a great layout. Some people have an even harder time grasping the fact that not everybody wants all that crap on their layout. In fact, some people can't even believe that other people are allowed to choose whatever the hell they want to put on their layout. This layout must be a complete disaster because it doesn't have everything you want
Maybe it's because I'm an NS locomotive engineer but I think that NS train would look great on any layout! Great video of a great layout! Thanks Craig! Keep 'em comin!
