My Dachs isn't into balls at all.  She loves stuffed animals and all of them are hers, hers, hers and hers. Won't share with the other dogs in the house. I have a 95 lb Great Pyranee mix and she will wrestle the toy out of his mouth in a heartbeat.

lolol one of my doxies LOVES balls. If it's round and fits in his mouth, he's in love with it. If it squeaks, it's even better. He does this too except he'll roll the ball down the stairs & go growling and barking, chasing after it. Then bring it back upstairs and do it again. it's so amusing and adorable

My golden retriever will sometimes sit at the top of the stairs, push a ball down, and just watch it bounce down the stairs. She could go at it for a whole day and not get bored.  But she never brings the ball back! That's a really smart dachsund!
