Hey! I have a question! I'm writing a book, and my story is relationated to the International Space Station. So my question is when the crew arrives to the Station, what happens to the shuttle? Il be very thankful if someone answer me! Thank you!
@RedHeadHarlequin 1 billion dollar-per 2.5 tons of material to space, too expensive dude for trash, until we have "cheap space flight" we can't do that...
@LordHannigan, cooperation beetween nations has never pushed ahead progress as much as competition and conflict: just compare the advancements in the space field during the Cold War and today.
Y¿NO SERIA INTERESANTE SUBIR UN LEON CON MUCHA HAMBRE Y DEJARLO SUELTO EN LA ISS,PARA VER SU REACCION EN GRAVEDAD CERO Y FRENTE A TANTOS ASTRONAUTAS,? SALUDOS.
Better future 2016-2020, futuristic energy sources, engineering, semantics, and Fuel Cells, putting satellites up into orbit that could actually power the earth an energy source that they're working on, using nanosciences
Who is their audience? Not students, they won't watch something like this, and many educators are too strapped with standardized testing demands to introduce extra material such as the ISS.
The easiest way for NASA to increase awareness of thier tremendous achievement of placing the ISS in orbit, is to feed the video from all ISS cameras directly to a NASA enhanced website, where the website visitor can select which current video stream to watch. The incredible views will amaze all who view.
@AqworldsWiki human race started in africa (not black ok), and no one really knows were the egyptians came from, they were probably a nomadic people who settled in the nile... also, they were not so light brown as we were made belive. anyway, not even anthropologists know this for sure, so no point in arguing...

@AqworldsWiki Relax it doesn't matter where who someone comes from it only matters where we mankind are going. Working together is how man has gotten to where it is today.
Amazing ISS..Why do'nt the add a space telescope to the ISS? I hope they enlarge it with Bigelow inflatiable sections they could double the space of the ISS!
russia said today they will let it fall into the ocean in the year 2020. it only coat the us taxpayer 200 billion. i hope joint space projects are forever over with because the spirit of corporation is just to damn painful.
It's time to get that AD astra plasma afterburner attatched to the ISS and reduce boosting cost from 200 million dollars annually down to 10 million annually.. Kind of like that New York going from gas lamps to Hydro electric power. Also a next generation booster for the ESA Aries and the Soyuz... If you can start getting constant traffic and cheaper access for work and expansion the Iss will be worth it.
Yes NASA is space exploration is deffinatily our future when we as a PEOPLE finally realize that we will then reap the benifitts we should of been enjoying years ago.
Leland Melvin ! Good to see up there on ISS !! Setting the example that there is more to life than to "live fast for money and die young" Well done !! Hope you get to walk on the Moon !!
they never landed a man on the moon, all they can do is send unmanned probes and send astronauts to repair the ISS or some other orbiters rotating around earth.
Your mission if you choose to accept it is to colonize the moon. You can figure out how deep it is to the hollow center by testing the g field of the earth and calculating the depth to the inner surface or inner world. There are probably "an ancestor race" that lives up there already .... Oh well. They are all similarly hollow inner worlds.
@Illkiron If 15 countries can build something like the ISS. I wonder what could 199 countries accomplish. I think the sky is the limit in that scenario.
