you know its ok, but i can't feel the amazing energy the song should be giving me. But im not saying the singers are bad, just not the high energy. And a trio is in my opinion better.
What are people expecting, Broadway or West End? they are teenagers and with that being said, they did an absolutely fantastic job. We can't expect something like Phantom of the Opera out of them. They did a splendid job (better then my high school did for sure) and no one should be bashing them for not getting it absolutely Broadway.

Yeah its good but I think more natural movement would have favoured them, like appear like they are actually enjoying it rather than being rehearsed alot.
It king of reminds me of a last take at a drama class where everyone is trying to perfect every move and not enjoying it.
Its kind of like an exam everyone on best behaviour. No one braking the mould.
I give them a lot of credit for getting up there and doing that. So no one should be bashing anyone, because i give credit to anyone that performs. But I just think these girls misinterpreted the roles, and I don't think they had much stage presence. I also noticed robotic tone in their voice.

To be fair to the performance this is from a small Irish town with a population of <10,000 using the local teenagers for cast. With limited resources and a cast, many of whom had never performed on stage before, I think they produced a very enjoyable show. It is a credit to the efforts of cast, crew and the director Sean Lynch that they made such a great musical considering what they had to work with. The video doesn't do justice to the talent on show, the live experience is much more enjoyable.
no offense but that was kinda bad. the dresses didnt fit. the girls r supposed 2 be street girls. and they shouldnt have had the people in the back. the voices were also kinda bad. but i liked the set. san mateo high school did little shop of horrors and it was amazing! definitely better than this.
The lighting is great, but when this many people are singing, it ruins the song. The show is supposed to be very intimate, and that's why this song, and many of the others are written for just the urchins to sing, not an ensemble.
High school productions of everything suck. I'm sorry. I know everyone has to start somewhere, but good god.

Only the urchins should sing this song, add the chorus during Skid Row. Good voices, but we don't know who is singing. Some are trying too hard.
