@cathiro8 I found that I've had to build strength in my hands to get better grip. I use rubbing alcohol to clean to pole pretty often and then use mighty grip through out my pole work to help with the slickness. The mighty grip does help, but I think most of your grip will improve with the added strength over time. I would try and hold my static holds (like a static V) for a long as I could hold...then added on more time as I got stronger. Hope that helps...keep spinning hon! =)

Hey beautifull :-) Not sure what the phoenix is, but the video was great as always! Those 10 bears are alive & well ~lol! I did the same thing in my practice I landed the infamous Franchise, & had to turn on my camera for my 1st attempt today ~ how funny for us both :-)) Very nice video :-) xoxo
