If every user on youtube where to donate £1 think how much money would be generated to make a difference. My daughter just watched this clip with me and she is going to donate £1. So if a 10 year old girl can donate money then surely 2,570 users who have watched this clip could have done the same, But no doubt they all felt emotions rise when watching it, but simply switch off when it comes to digging into their pockets, This is the world we live in and it will continue until we all help out
amazing how ppl make "multiplying like rabbits" comments as they sit healthy in their cozy warm homes with hydro and a decent health care system wake up and have a lil empathy for others.we are blessed with immunizations-bill 101 and the canadian Health care act can be grateful for our e.r. visits that are free, and being able to get med's for our children when they are sick- have some Compassion ppl shouldn't make judgements on a culture they know lil about!!
Yeah, I agree with the one point made by one80ds. Africans DESPERATELY need to impose some sort of control on their growing population. It is appalling that so many millions of children are born into such crippling poverty every day. I find it surprising that these people can even find the time to have sexual intercourse in the first place.
omg stay away from africa,im tired of every time someone tries to help they end up dead,mysteriously,yea umm look at were you are going ,your trying to help them fix a country that they destroyed and with the avr I.Q in africa its not gonna get better any time soon or never,and how can you care you all say omg kids are starving ,well if they would stop multiplying like rabbits they wouldnt have that issue also when your country is ravaged with aids having that many kids isnt helping .
Things will only change if people do thier part. Most of us that are able to even come on YouTube, have the resorces to do amazing things. There are many organizations that are always looking for volunteers. I know you might say i dont have the money, so then give your time. Organize a fundraiser for an organization that you belive in.
This video was very good ... but what is infuriating is that a similar video could have been produced 20 years ago, and 15 years ago, and 10 years ago, and 5 years ago ... AND NOTHING CHANGES.
Save the Children has done an excellent job in producing this video. I am sorry that it has taken two years for me to see it.
