Hey, how are you feeling about the radio after owning it a few months? I'm thinking about getting one and I was wondering how feel about the durability of the product.
@sparticsoundjose Well, you are asking someone who really beats the crap out of everything. My question to you is, what is your definition of durability? The radio so far is as good as new, but I would still like to thoroughly answer your question.
You used the external antenna to attempt to receive AM signals. The external antenna does nothing at all for AM reception. The external antenna is for FM only. The AM antenna is internal, and the radio should be physically moved in different directions to better receive AM signals. You should do this video over again for that reason.
