If you believe it can be done, then fill a bath with water and replicate that flag movement in the bath and upload your video to YT. Even if you speed up your film it wouldn't work because resistance will stop the flag from moving as seen, not make it move in apparent slow motion. You're using EXACTLY the same kind of arguments as those who say man never went into space, that even the ISS is fake!
