can this be used the same way to make an image larger and not lose quality, I have something I wana make 8 1/2 by 11 the size of a sheet of paper but cannot enlarge it without getting pixels to show
@PrinceWingDog Unfortunately making a raster image larger will always involve loss of quality (there is only the number of pixels present in the original image).
I don't think there's any arguement about PNG being the best file format, unless the image is something huge in which case you're faced with a pretty big file.

This can be done alot easier without photoshop. I did a video that can resize images at the click of your mouse.
