You're right, it's from full directors' version that was released in Russia only, as far as i know. Ahmed says: 'Jamilia, you're his woman from now on...'

It happens about a week before... But that phrase is freak of Ahmed, no more, a kind of Ahmeds' "mercy"... Perhan hasn't got married to Jamilia ever, Ahmed just wanted to flood out her. This is the scene of Perhan coronation as "gypsy baron". Ahmed delegates Perhan to find new children for beggary and bring new wife for himself. Perhan goes home and gets married with Azra finding out that Ahmed told him a lie all the time
