Is it worth getting this game if I've already got Gradius 2? I'm trying to decide between getting Gradius 3 or an R-Type game (probably the 3rd)

for some reason the audio makes your voice sound somewhat robotic...quite fitting!

Also... I forgot to mention, this is the "easy" Gradius game. The reason why is that the arcade is near impossible on its normal settings, i'm being serious here XD. So they tried to replicate it, but easier. Pretty good job in songs and graphics, but the slowdowns is what kills it....and the cheap youtube way of play the game

Gradius 2 had less slowdowns, and ithink is better than this one. I don,t judge on inovations....but Gradius 3 is still fun.

have you beaten the game on the hard setting? if so, have you tried the arcade setting after you beat it on hard?

Haven't even beaten it. Never get the time to play most of my games.

And now all I'm playing is SFIV. Which is aweomse! :D

I love this game. I love so many Konami classics. I personally like the P.C. Engine game, Gradius II. I found it fun. I hope it comes to vc aswell.
