ähm, aufgenommen hab ich das über das pickup in der gitarre (hört man leider, manche perkussiven sachen klingen eher schwach). das signal geht dann in ein audio interface der firma m-audio mit dem namen "fast track pro" und das programm heißt adobe audition.

wenn du noch mehr wissen willst... einfach fragen!

Okay, Jim from NY. I must say that around 0:40 to 0:45 into this piece, the legato feel following the gliss [? for want of a better term] from the previous chord from a much lower position ! -- on a steel string, no less, and the parallel-sounding movement on a changing chord shape -- is so completely even to the overall phrase, one hears it as if it is a bottleneck slide, although one sees it as an impeccably executed move by a virtuoso talent. Thanks.

ganz super gespielt! Ich bin auch ein großer Fan von Tommy und konnte auch zwei Workshops bei ihm haben!

Allerdings nehme ich für solche Sachen lieber eine Gitarre mit einem breiteren Hals. Ideal sind meine WELSCH und OETTER dafür. Meine Larrivee L-10 wäre mir zu schmal.

What kind of micro do you use to record your covers please ?

for recording i use the larrivée pickup in the guitar (unfortunately it doesn't give me a clean percussion sound on the strings... as you can hear...). the signal goes into an audio interface called "m-audio fast track pro" and i use a program called "adobe audition" for last settings.
