  • just to add ALSO is in his Belly Fat Cure book it shows 5 meals, the 6 is a treat, like he states here. The 3 hours does make since because 2 hours is ok but i do 3 hours before and it does feel like that time to eat again. He also says in his book and in interviews his been doin this for more then 10 years, which means trial and error. so maybe now hes got it.

  • well obviouslly he must be doing something right because he works with celebraties and famous people to eat healthy and STAY healthy. And im sure there are more then 1 way to lose weight, just gotta find the pattern thats right for you. And im Guessin this is the OLD spin because its 2011, not 2007.

  • This is LAUGHABLE. The last book he sold -- The Belly Fat Cure -- just told us to reduce carbs and keep sugar below 15 grams per day. Now he's got an new spin.

    Honestly, I overlooked the fact that Jorge Cruise really has no eductional background in nutrition. Hopefully, this is his last spin job to sell more books.

    I cannot believe folks give this guy a stage to promote his spin.

    Yeah, I expect this to be deleted because I don't agree. I've read his last book and now more spin.

  • basically this guy just told you to eat shit food in a way it will keep you metabolism going, this dosn't mean you going to see your abs or get rid of any fat by eating sugary chocolate and mcdonalds and microwave bullshit, soda, get fucking real

  • i doing this diet for about a week now and guess what it works i lost 5 pounds its like portion control and it works if you bdo it right

    like in the morning i take fruit juice or oatmeal

    then by 9 i take 2 hard boiled egg

    lunch fish a 1/2 cup of rice then the next snack like 3 piece of oreo cookie the dinner vegetable like cucumber. then i stop eating after 6 and i still exercise 2x a week

    i still watch what i eat
