What you can do with the worm is take them out to eat, BK or McDonalls... they love Dominos Pizza, or if you wanna go fancy, take them out to Red Lobster... make sure the lobsters are dead, or they will eat the worms instead.
does the bottom of your plastic bin have holes as well I guess I got confused when you put the aluminum tray in so its plastic with some peat moss then upside down aluminum and more peat moss on top???? we will be using night crawlers though....
@strictlyhunt once a week, i but apile of food that make ( which i made a vid for it ) and when they finish it ill putsome more down don't over feed them start off with a little at a time remeber yo can always at food you can take it back because you will mess up the eating pattern and scare them
@trotchye they work for me i have about 2,000 - 3,000 nightcrawlers and they are not the euro nightcrawlers, they are in a big wooding bin 4ft high and 10ft long but redwiglers are alot easyer to care for
@DonnnixD hahaha cloverfield lol well i don't have a stand so i have to hold it or set it down on a flat area, any ways it broke thats why i have no new vids
can i use a smaller circular bin... and pie tins instead? plus... do earth worms count??? my family is redoing our back yard and i want to use worm crap fur sum gyoood manuar
Hey Crawdad, I use an old soldering iron to make holes in plastic. Keeps your containers and other stuff (traps etc) in a lot better condition. Also you can make dozens of perfect holes really quickly. Walmart has 'em for a few dollars. Do it out doors so you don't breath any toxic fumes. Keep up the good tute's
Great Clip! Thank you! We are going to re do ours to look like yours. Do you think pineaple would be bad for them? We use a juice and save all the pulp for our composter. Thanks
Hey man ima a rly big fan of all your farm/trap makeinng videos just a few questions. is this big enough for nightcrawlers? do they take longer? and well thats rly all check your cricket farm im gona post some questions there to. thanks man
@Nitelion94 yes it is big enough for nightcrawlers, im not to sure what you mean about do they take longer but if you mean on there growth the yes they do take longer because the are bigger the red worms or red wiglers but not that much more longer
the bottom one is to kep the worm manuar in and the other one is to keep the worms in, so when yo are ready to harvest the manuar all you have to do is lift the top piece off and there all the worms are and you can now havest the manuar
well i dont breed worms but i breed night crawlers and i dont use the silverthings i find that it is harder to clean that way but whatever works for u so keep up the good work
@Mrnewyork29 night crawlers ( bait worms ) are worms, this bin is made for red worms ( composting worms ) the silver stuf keep the food out of the worm manuar
if i were to make the same thing you did but i bought like 2 dozen of worms, and i fed them and and watered it and took care of them, for about 6months, do you think i would have alot of worms?? and good dirt?
you are so welcome, you should also check out my blended worm food i made, i use it to make my worms fat, healthy, and very active, they are perfict for bait
yes it is organic, all it is is peat moss, if you get one with fertilisers, put the siol in a big plastic tub and fill it with water, then mix it around for a little then all fertilisers will float to the top and the siol will sink to the bottom, and after you take out all fertilisers you dump water out slowly and let siol dry the it is ready for worm bins or farms
What you can do with the worm is take them out to eat, BK or McDonalls... they love Dominos Pizza, or if you wanna go fancy, take them out to Red Lobster... make sure the lobsters are dead, or they will eat the worms instead.

cl121484 1 year ago
@cl121484 yes any more will work for this
CrawdadOutdoors 1 year ago
@cl121484 No, night crawlers don't work, unless it's the "European Nightcrawlers"
Nightcrawlers are burrowing worms. You need worms like red wigglers that live close to the surface of the soil.
