Clearly she is a studio voice, because she does not always pretty live. She tries to do that Mariah Carey soft then loud thing and it doesn't always work. And this song sounds like Toni Braxton's Unbreak My Heart. But she has a much better voice than most of these non singning pop stars so good for her.
