Press the Alt Fire button to change the angle of the shot from horizontal to vertical.
It will help not waster as much ammo as you can chop off their arms and then legs to kill them quicker. Central Mass shots are the least effective way to kill them.
@JayFeliceW Well I do have a general idea about the story already after watching 'Aftermath' but I still plan on going back through the first one again. :)
