That's whole eating with hands and belching after the food is pretty gross. This etiquette instructor is a blithering imbecile. Now-a-days most people use proper cutlery, don't sit cross-legged on a chair (floor is reserved for that purpose) and don't burp. It's unacceptable and shows that you're an uneducated arse-hole.
