you know about the little spot where you can go into the secret area to the upper right of the snowman right? I believe that has a custom bomber piece, and killing the snowman nets the gold card (working from memory here, sorry if its wrong). Anyway, if you go into the secret area, all bombs outside it immediately detonate, harming enemies but not you. That could help you kill the snowman a hair faster.
Hm, I didn't think of trying that. The thing there, though, is that the card is in the tree, and I just kill the guy for my enemy count. It only costs a second or so, but I'm not even certain I have to. This is a tricky stage to plan enemy routes.
It also takes me quite some time to get remote bombs because they seem to be random. I suppose it's probably faster not to get them at all. Still not sure on it. Any ideas?
