@bloomsums It's not that hard at all. All you have to do is look for positive aspects throughout the day. Take a book or something and gradually make yourself feel better about the negative things you've been experiencing that day or/and make yourself feel better about things you want. Do it for the fun of it make sure you feel good before you start. One more thing every time you feel bad about something you are thinking about distract yourself and get positive somehow. Like petting your dog.

@EDAQUINOXXX - A bit difficult when you can see ALL of reality and you already know what is going to be said! That isn't Esther, by the way. There are a lot of people who just want to "get their point across" when they really ought to be listening and as soon as Esther - actually Abraham talking - opens her mouth, they can stop talking because they are about to receive their answer.
