Skyrim looks a lot better art-direction and characterization/culture wise than Oblivion, and I'm hearing good things from long-time fans. A franchise can go the wrong direction, but then turn back around.

I have a question. If you have a hair mod, either More hair mod or Tucked hair mod. And you try to import your character to Awakening, will it work? Will you be forced to choose a default hairstyle? Will it bug itself in some way? I want to know before I make a character, if it works I'd like to choose a new hairstyle. If not I'll go with a default one.
@tldragonking I think a variety of different and interesting characters is better than the cookie cutter shaped "noble warrior, white/black mage, rogue thief" turntable we see all to often.
His ideas are a little camp, but he is a bad arse tank. Particulary if you happen to get the full set of armour from the marshes. Shame about the red spot on the helmet.

I heard it's like 5 hours of gameplay but that's not that much and not worth 40 bucks. If it was 20 on the other hand...

This expansion is more than simple additional content, but less than a brand new game. I honestly don't think the price I paid was a waste.
