  • You can tune a cheap whistle like this. put some water in teh microwave and heat till boiling. then put the head of the whistle into it for about 20 or 30 seconds. Now the glue is soft. Put towel around the head and twist till the glue breaks. The head is now movable. I've had good luck tweaking Mellow D's. You can learn how to do it at a web site called Chiff And Fipple. You can google that easily enough. Great info.

  • The notes are in the book "Ireland's best Tin Whistle Tunes, Vol. 1" by Claire McKenna.

I got mine from a preview at google books. Maybe you find it there, too.

  • whats the notes for this ? hmm id have to find out id love to play this

  • I have the same whistle. though mine is not as well tuned

  • @mroubison - Sorry bra, ya cant tune a whistle. U either have a hole covered... or ya dont.. LMAO, fail...

  • @Overgnome no, you dumb shitface, my whistle is not of this quality, the holes are made slightly different and spaced differently, making it off-tune. because its a cheap one. LMAO fail.
