I tried it for 4 days before and lost more than a pound per day . Lets see if i can proove that carbs dont make you fat but lean. In my opinion, your body looks fine. Maybe it's more like trying to tone it out. Like zumba, zumba is a type of exercise/dance that helps you tone the body and give it a nice frame, sure it makes you loose weight, but it's mostly toning the body lol Good Luck~

It's going to be harder for to lose weight because you're a vegan. You have to start eating traditional vegan dishes an start doing cardiovascular exercise to burn the unwanted fat. You'll need to do at least 30 min. continuously.
@Bigballerin916 I disagree that it'll be harder to lose weight because I'm vegan. But I'm aware that I need to exercise, I'm still losing weight without it at this point. I've lost 8lbs since this.
