if you want in game that console. when you start css dont close the console just have it on. then join a server. when your in the game press ESC. it should come there. Thank You

The console gives you the game datas listed, and allows you to change update rates, and rates etc, which some servers demand.

When you have written -console. Then go in-game but if you close the console in-game. You got to write -console there again.

No you don't - If you close the console in-game you'll just have to exit the game and then start it again, and it'll be there.

I typed -Console

And yes, its there while u play if u press "esc" its there with the rest of the menu :)
