Agree. Basically if you do not sit in front of a computer then whole day, there's low chance you will become fatter. We just need to work on how to cut down the current weight you are having. @ab539008 I didn't do this guys thing, but yes switching to multiple meals and exercise pulls the weight off pretty quick. I do 5 meals a day and exercise 4-5 days/wk. I can loose around 6lbs a week without killing myself. When I took lots of fat burners and hit the gym twice a day I could do about 10lbs a week. You have to exercise but diet is more important.

so during that period of time you do not take much food than how come its possible to loos weight after hospital stay? if body is in survival mode it will burn more calories to provide you energy..if somebody wants to kill you than you will run much more faster and much more longer than in normal days..if your body had bared your over weight for years than how come your body can not bare controlled starvation?
why doesnt anybody shows that how can a person doing full time job can do this? guys i work full time so i drink coffee and i cant eat every four hours i have to eat bigger in lunch time as i got only one break..pls body does not go into survival mode while you are starving body goes into survival mode only if there is any need..for example if you get sick for only one week than you will loos quite a bit weight....
The fastest you can lose weight without passing out or worse is 3 to 4 pounds a week. Eat a low fat breakfast, salad and fruit during the daytime and a healthy low fat evening meal totalling 1400-1500 cals a day. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT OVER EXERCISE as doing that will put your body into survival mode and it will actually slow down quick fat loss. Be patient. Give yourself time and you'll get there.

I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.

Sorry it has been a year, since you wrote this. I took a boat from Dover to Calais which is the closest point. It is about 20 miles I think but the cycle ride was 2000 miles, I made a video diary and one of the videos is on my youtube.

@ab539008 I didn't do this guys thing, but yes switching to multiple meals and exercise pulls the weight off pretty quick. I do 5 meals a day and exercise 4-5 days/wk. I can loose around 6lbs a week without killing myself. When I took lots of fat burners and hit the gym twice a day I could do about 10lbs a week. You have to exercise but diet is more important.

so during that period of time you do not take much food than how come its possible to loos weight after hospital stay? if body is in survival mode it will burn more calories to provide you energy..if somebody wants to kill you than you will run much more faster and much more longer than in normal days..if your body had bared your over weight for years than how come your body can not bare controlled starvation?

why doesnt anybody shows that how can a person doing full time job can do this? guys i work full time so i drink coffee and i cant eat every four hours i have to eat bigger in lunch time as i got only one break..pls body does not go into survival mode while you are starving body goes into survival mode only if there is any need..for example if you get sick for only one week than you will loos quite a bit weight....

The fastest you can lose weight without passing out or worse is 3 to 4 pounds a week. Eat a low fat breakfast, salad and fruit during the daytime and a healthy low fat evening meal totalling 1400-1500 cals a day. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT OVER EXERCISE as doing that will put your body into survival mode and it will actually slow down quick fat loss. Be patient. Give yourself time and you'll get there.
