  • Agree. Basically if you do not sit in front of a computer then whole day, there's low chance you will become fatter. We just need to work on how to cut down the current weight you are having. Besides exercising, there's another method that allows you to eat normally and still SLIM DOWN. That's the New Abs Diet's 12 Power Foods.   • Lol!!! So starve yourself I lost just 20lbs in 3 weeks and i didn't have to starve myself to death. I just stopped it with the stupid fried chicken and a 5 lb bag of sugar in my coffee per week. lol. Oh and i actually started eating breakfast and try to get to bed at normal times. =)

    Sorry it has been a year, since you wrote this. I took a boat from Dover to Calais which is the closest point. It is about 20 miles I think but the cycle ride was 2000 miles, I made a video diary and one of the videos is on my youtube.

  • @ab539008 I didn't do this guys thing, but yes switching to multiple meals and exercise pulls the weight off pretty quick. I do 5 meals a day and exercise 4-5 days/wk. I can loose around 6lbs a week without killing myself. When I took lots of fat burners and hit the gym twice a day I could do about 10lbs a week. You have to exercise but diet is more important.

  • so during that period of time you do not take much food than how come its possible to loos weight after hospital stay? if body is in survival mode it will burn more calories to provide you energy..if somebody wants to kill you than you will run much more faster and much more longer than in normal days..if your body had bared your over weight for years than how come your body can not bare controlled starvation?
