It is the realtor's job to sell and basically they know "s--t" on history on any house that they are presenting you with. If any realtor mentions the word "Potential rather than IDEAL "it means there are problems and "potentially and realistically more expenses.".....trust me.

When dealing with Real Estate and you hear that word " POTENTIAL " First thing to do is get off that property. It cost me my marriage once.
