Cobalion is resistant to psychic, and with eviolite, the attack of 50 damage is reduced by 40, thus only doing 10 damage.

Hey man i know ive asked about this deck before, But what does the Jirachi do?

@ThatsMyLatios Jirachi's attack allows you to devolve as many pokes as you have energy on rachi. So i can use chandelure to put say 70 damage on a tyranitar then devolve it into a pupitar which will kill it off. I dont tend to use it much tho :/
