The 2nd commercial is saying that the pretzel sticks that they are advertising is pizza flavored, thus, the commercial showing an image of pizza. And also, the woman who was in the scene with the two sumo guys was eating a pretzel stick in the same style that a person would eat Pocky from Glico's Pocky commercials.
