In singleplayer, you play as Lara by herself meaning you will obviously need Totec's spears to climb on etc. Also, Lara does not really need her pistols when she could use spears as a weapon instead. But Lara is not Lara without her iconic pistols.
I've seen only a bit of the singleplayer, and Lara has spears as a fixed weapon from the start and her pistols as an optional weapon. So will Lara have her pistols from the start of singleplayer ?
And will her pistols have infinite ammo?
