Im really not sure, i really dont think to much into tricks, i just do them lol If you have a good swing then it shouldnt take to long to figure out. Just as the leading diab goes over to your left pull the string tight.

If you cant accelerate your diabolos to a descent speed then you shouldnt be trying this trick.

sounds like your not comfortable enough with swinging fan. Try to relax. I can do this with any length of string.

Then you have no chance of getting this trick. You need at least a solid half swing.

actually i can do the entrance now and keep it for like 3-4 seconds.. but the exit is very hard..

so your getting a feel for the half swing, thats good. Just follow all the tips in this video. Theres really nothing more i can say about it.

The diabolo DOES slow down quite alot. If your really careful you can keep it going, but it will not gain speed, it just kind of stays the same. Maybe if your focuses on it for long enough it would start to spin up again but its hard.

Nope ally sticks go in the ends, i use babache xtremes these days, i used to use the henrys allys, there both as good really .

Hey, If you like the slight bend in the carbon fibre and fire blass sticks then i would recomend you use henrys energy sticks, there have a slight bend, and are not down the dole like the carbon fibre sticks, also they will not break. But ally stirkcs are also good, but the only problem is that the knots on the end of the string can get slightly annoying some times. Hope this helps :-)

babache xtremes (alis) dont have the knot at the end, its got a different mechanism, you take the ends off, put the string in, screw it back on.

I actually thought that I would be the first with a tutorial on this trick, including exit, although I never managed to get a cam until others started to learn the trick, and actually I'm glad I didn't because your tutorial is way better than mine would've been I think, great job on the tutorial ;)

if you leave the lefthand(darkside) diabolo going out of your left hand(like the first) you'll get clean exit, and back to s-fan.

Its possible from any fan, from a normal fan, if you end up with the twist like i do on the exit, just to a front wrap, then a back unwrap and you'll be straight back to shuffle
