Is "flogging" still legal in the USA? Well I sure hope that this studio's "Accidental Death & Dismemberment" Insurance is up to date and in effect......Civil court can drag on for years no matter what "legally binding Hold Harmless Agreement" you signed.....Because when one of these "fun little Hazing Incidents" goes horribly wrong that is exactly where you will end up........
