well they are not silly cuz i know why if you did apply the 1.5.03 patch there says clearly YOU CANT BE ENEMY TOWARDS CLEAR SKY Faction so thats why they dont shoot back at you.

The thing is that your affiliation with the Clear Sky faction boils down to the storyline. This is why your affiliation can not be reset with them as you see in this video.

even in Shadow of Chernobyl you can load 4magazines in a bloodsucker chest and he still lives, but if you shoot in head one bullet he's dead

so unbalanced....in real life if you shoot someone with a shotgun from that distance, there won't be nothing left of him
