@dreamwisperer Thanks. I agree with the altitude suggestion, especially with our trees. The plane was basically flying on one engine the entire flight. We could hear it surging the whole time. It would go to full and then stumble down and then get up there again almost like there was air in the system. I plan to give those engines more testing and that AT-6 is coming down the line.
@dreamwisperer Thanks again. I'm enjoying your vids also. The AT-6 is now up to the plate now that I was able to maiden the RV-8 ok as well. I'll be working on this Dual Ace too, but the flying for this one in particular I will leave to my friend who can handle a dual engine out situation and brings everything home in one piece (which makes sense since he's a commercial pilot!).
Very very nice....But if i were you i'd go a little bit higher on the maiden flight, for safety reasons. Keep us posted for the Seagull AT-6!
