I think this is the best song on the new album; and I want our Omnia back; the ancient, mystic, powerfull Omnia. This new era since the Wolf Love is ... broken.
I don't think it's bad that Omnia's sound has changed. I miss the raw pagan-ness as well, but I also embrace this new interpretation of themselves. Their music lives and is free, as are they. It's nice to see they aren't ridgedly pining for what's past.
Opposed to some of you, i really, really DONT like the actual Omnia ! Neither the sound nor the spirit of it... The story with Luka, firing him at the end, was the worst thing that happened in the band, and since then it's not the same at all !!
Fidhe Ra Huri was much better in the first version !
I'm not quite sure, A friend of mine told me there was some friction within the band. I don't get the raven times, so I missed the part where they explained why/how she left. Though that would be only 1 side of the story.
@LordDennings I believe he and Stenny had some huge fight which resulted in Luka leaving the band and them not being friends anymore. Don't know what the fight is all about. The Raventimes edition about that issue was mostly about bashing Luka and making it look like it was all his fault.
@Elf0Fantasy Money, the fight was about money... Steve said in one of his blogs something like 'Luka will leave the band, bla bla, there are some problems, bla bla, ofcourse it is about that stupid money' or something. Further I don't know... :S
