This is a HORRIBLE company! Picked up a brand new Simmons Rachael Plush Mattress set in December 2010, and it collapsed within 5 months. 4 inch craters on both sides. Spoke with manager and was told they would not honor the warranty because of the black fitted sheet that was on the bed and some of the color had rubbed off on the mattress. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will lose your money as they laugh!!!

I'm from Tn and I get made fun of because of my accent!! I went to D.C a month or two ago and people would keep asking me where I was from cause of my accent...

@PadfootTheNinja - Don't feel alone! LOL! I really try to clean mine up on the phone and I still get people asking me where I'm from. But I'm very proud of my really thick accent. Most people find it charming and ask questions and want you to say phrases and things.

Simply put they are lying. They are a retail outlet not wholesale. Just compare their prices with any other dealers of the same products. You guys need to knock off all the deception.

what? where are you from that would make you find this southern accent attractive? lol I live in Tn and we are taught in college speech classes in to do everything in our power to dump the accent so we aren't viewed as dumb. I have almost lost mine unless im super tired and my tongue gets lazy...then i sound like a hick lol
