  • hallf of fame class 2012

  • Yeah, they look like they just stepped out of a gay leather bar. But you know what? I like that about them.

  • Did anybody know that smash later went on to become the Repo Man. Which was a bad gimmick and also led to the down fall of Demolition in the wwf in the early 90's. With out a doubt one of the best wwf tag team champion's of all time. First one going to The Hart Foundation, followed by The Legion of Doom. But that's just my opinion, but could very well be true also.

  • i'm searching for that hilarious comment about how this song makes you want to take drugs and rip people's arms off. it was one of the funniest things i'd ever read probably 2 years ago

  • I used to have this song back in the day. Still rocks decades later!

  • One of the most legendary tag teams in wrestling history. Can't wait til their names are called for the WWE Hall Of Fame.

  • I enjoyed Demo the most when they were getting defeated by guys like Giant Babba and Andre the Giant. Neither Ax or Smash could mount any offense whatsoever against those two masters of power. It looked as if they would still lose even in a handicap match against either Babs or Andre.

  • HALL OF FAME

  • Now that The Road Warriors are in, it's long past time to put Demolition in the Hall of Fame. Next year in Miami. And put in the Freebirds too like they SHOULD'VE done in Atlanta!

  • @GiantPantherTX i heard that ax ( larry something ??? ) had a falling out with vinny mac and he refuses to budge. but i agree demolition should be in there.

  • @vinnybunbats Ax's real name is Bill Eadie. I think you're thinking about Larry "The Ax" Hennig, Curt Hennig's father. Just so you know. Who hasn't had some kind of falling out w/ Vinsane McMadmahon? Still Demolition should be in the Hall of Fame.

  • @GiantPantherTX idk thats what i heard but i cant confrim it so i"ll take your word for it. but yes i agree point is they should be in the hall

  • @vinnybunbats GiantPantherTX is right, Ax is Bill Eadie and Smash was Barry Darsow (the 2nd Smash).

  • Great intro. My fav was 1989 Royal Rumble when they faced off against each other for the first two minutes. Back to back Demolition intros - pain and destruction.

  • Demolition > Road Warriors

  • @HBK344356 Long live Ax, Smash and Crush!

  • There is no road warrior movie. In Austrailia it's called mad max 2

  • after listening to this song, i now feel like axe and smashing somebody./

  • @DrFubarProzak Boy, I've been watching wrestling since before your dad paid 50 bucks to drop a load in the whore you call mom. I remember Jimmy Snuka getting pildrived by Ray Stevens. I remember the "Masked Spectators". I remember Ric Flair's numerous face/heel turns BEFORE his first NWA title win. Damn child I remember when Hulk Hogan had hair. So STFU! Loser.

  • It was funny how Ax and Smash often cheated to keep their belts. However, when they tangled with the likes of Andre and Babs, their cheating just did not make any difference. Defeat was inevitable for Demo.

  • @sandinyourshoes every fucking demolition video i see you're trolling the god damn video saying they "cant beat andre this andre that" get the fuck over it.. they won the titles from andre and haku at wrestlemania 6 who cares if they fucking cheated.. stop trolling you dickbag

  • @Ayersdawwgah, you need to relax, you grumpy person, and you should probably take a laxative. These are just videos. It is not the end of the world. Relax. Do not burst a vessel.

By the way: If you do not like my comments, silly, then do not read them! I am just happy that Demo was defeated when they were!

  • @Ayersdawwgah im relaxed im just calling you out as an irrelevant troll.. but if you like trolling youtube videos.. hey not my problem

  • My, my, @Ayersdawwgah, you are so grumpy, grumpy, grumpy! If I am such a troll, then feel free to just pay no attention to what I write. It is just for entertainment to me. I enjoyed seeing Demolition defeated so decisively by a team with Andre on it. Harh-harh, hardee, harh, harh...

  • Not a big fan but Axe was the Masked Superstar and he ROCKED!!!! Who remembers his face turn in the old Mid Atlantic region?

  • @frelvis77 you don't remember because you weren't alive yet. Just because you read about it on the internet doesn't mean you remember it. Loser.

  • The best Tag team ever great Theme MUSIC

  • Between Ax and Smah, who got pinned more often?

  • These fellows were tough customers. However, they were quickly no match for Andre and the Giant Baba in Japan. Andre simply had to fall on top of Smash to get the pinfall. Maybe Master Fuji should have helped them to cheat? Then again, it was Japan.

  • @sandinyourshoes : but they beat andre and haku @ wrestlemania VI so maybe it had more to do with giant baba...

  • @orlandomagic26, that is true. The Colossal Connection did initially relieve Demo of their championship belts by cutting the ring in half and making it impossible for Smash to ever get in. Andre and Haku pummeled Ax, who looked so weak and helpless by himself. Andre laughed so hard upon winning. Later, of course, Demolition would win back the belts by virtue of using their excellent speed and concentrating on clobbering Haku, of course. It would have been too hard to fight Andre.

  • MANTUAR !!

  • A great tag team

  • the original smash was one of the moondogs

  • Yup, Randy Culley.

  • 2010 hall of fame!!! please let it be this year.

  • @burby8100 well it wasn't

  • lmao, for some reason i had this burned on to a CD back in the day, its hellagood driving music.

  • they are the goat

  • Demolition vs the Brothers of Destruction. Now that would've been a great Wrestlemania Match

  • All time favorite WWF Theme. Used to get me hyped for football practice in high school..lol

  • Sickkkkkkkkk theme. They just don't make em like they use to.

  • jesus these guys take me back team and a half miss crush rip man

  • Consider Eadie had wrestled as "Masked Superstar". And Barry Darsow had wrestled as Crusher Krushchev and Repo Man.... they're also two of the top SINGLES wrestlers ever. Definitely HOF material.

  • BARRY DARSOW was not the original crush.........look at some of the related videos, for there first 2 TV SHOW matches there is another smash,,,,,,,BARRY came week 3

  • He works for a construction company now and i agree they truly deserve to be in the HOF they earned it.

  • Well your right about that Barry Darsow was not Original Crush considering he was Smash. Although he wasnt the original Smash if thats what you ment

  • That is correct, i meant smash, Barry Darsow was the 2nd smash, the original smash painted his face fully black

  • I vote that the Demolition get into the 2010 hall of fame and 1 more thing (Rest In Peace) Crush

  • they are short-listed, my friend this year or 2011 but they are shortlisted!

  • demolition was the best tag team ever....noone could beat down some poor bum like they...it's unfortunate that vince pretty much ignored them after he aqquired the services of the road warriors...I don't need to say this (it goes without saying) but they belong in the hall of fame......

  • Undertaker & Kane in 1998 was the best tag team of all time, as JR & Lawler said not even the Big Show & Austin could withstand these two demons when they are put together.

  • judas preist's favorite wrestlers. LOL

  • @anndizzle13 ha, I was just thinking that they'e just stepped off a Judas Priest video, (love heavy metal btw), bloody hell Demolition, what a great tag team.

  • do you see what there wearing WTF? STRAPS on a circle ring

  • LOD? You guys mean Road Warriors, LOD came in after demolition was well established, anyway id pay to see demolition way before the road warriors. Demolition wasnt a rip off of them, if that were the case they would have never sold any one elses moves like the road warriors did their whole career. With demolition you knew there was a chance they could lose where LOD is well documented by their peers to never fake hurt for anyone and would only lose by count out and stuff like that.

  • Demolition and Hart Foundation 2 of the best Tag Teams ever and defitnally WWFs 2 best Tag Teams

  • everyone keeps saying these guys ripped off the road warriors and the powers of pain. why?? the only thing similar is they wear make-up. in my opinion demolition were way better than those guys. they looked cooler and their performance was electric.

axe was a pleasure to watch....i love these guys, i dont even watch or like wrestling but i love these guys.

  • I agree 100% I dont care what anybody says Demolition was one of the best Tag Teams ever in wrestling not just WWF but wrestling period. They were no LOD wannabe they were actually better and even better known at time because WWF was so big and wide spread when LOD was in WCW and other indy promotions many people didnt even know who LOD was when they first arrived in WWF except for the more hard core fans that knew about wrestling anyways average fan didnt even know who they were

  • i love this theme music... WAY better than the more demented one! haha

  • Love this theme i would give this video 10 stars if it would let me lol

  • This music.. along with Demolition's BMF walk to the ring was probably one of the most imposing entrances in WWF. Imagine if they had the technology they have today... what would their entrance look like. Freakin awesome would be my guess.

  • You can say whatever you want, these guys simply kick ass !!! They really live up to their name(s) and the theme suits them perfectly. These guys ought to get a statue or be in de the hall of fame ! Demolition, thanks for all those years of pain and destruction !! ;)

  • I loved to watch Demolitions wars with L.O.D ,

these guys should be in the hall of fame

(i always thought smasher looked like Matt hardy though)

  • Ax trired to sue Vince over the rights for the name "Ax" so dont excpect it to soon.

  • Or Matt Hardy looked like Smasher?

  • These guys need to go into the hall of fame for sure.

  • @mcog2006 They're in the WWE 12 video game so no doubt they'll be in the HOF next year or the year after

  • Demolition reminded me of S&M masters. Once they turned face at SS 88 that was their best times.

  • the demolition,walking disester

  • just a great song plain and simple, i actually met ax (bill eadie) at a state fair in vermont still have the picture somewhere

  • The hell?? Derringer did this?! I did NOT know that!

  • this was the theme song right here!

  • Demolition was no Steiners or Road Warriors, but they were in top 5 along with Midnight Express and Rock and Roll Express.

  • me and the warrior

  • best tag team ever during the glory days of pro wrestling

  • No, the "Powers of Pain" were shitty Road Warriors ripoffs

  • Demolition were LOD rip offs too but they were quite good at it and made their gimmick their own.

  • Bullshit..

  • O, SBunter, you said it so it must be true.

    But what actually is BS?

  • @SolidMike84 thank you, so many people called demolition the road warriors rip offs, no way not even close, if i were to say they ripping anything it was mad max

  • @Xearodeath

    Mad Max =

The Roadwarriors & Demolition (Lord Humungus "Just walk away..." ^^)

  • @Xearodeath

Road Warriors borrowed the gimmick from Mad Max, Vince tried to make Powers of Pain his Warriors, He approached Demolition who checked it with the warriors as they were friends and got their blessings. The Warriors never saw it as a rip off

  • @oldlonesomesong that's stupid

  • @HaohmaruOfTheWind

not stupid its respect. As darsow said he didnt want to be the one Hawk lost it on

  • crash, smash and ax.mi correggo.

  • Comment removed

  • smash, crash and hacksaw!!!

  • rick derringer

  • who sings this song

  • I think Rick Derringer did this song. He wrote a couple wrestler's themes back in the 80's (Real American and this one).

  • girls in cars was another theme

  • Do you know where I can go to down load this theme????

  • great viedo there are not many tag teams now a days that would be able to hold their jock strip one of the best teams in wwe history the other one was Lod

  • This is one of the greatest theme songs ever composed in wrestling. That being said, does anyone know where can I get this song to download on my IPod?

  • Hi TerryKoss...thanks for the great video. If I rumble on and on forgive me. It is just that I'm 30yrs, and I have seen great wrestling in the 80's and early 90's. Wrestling now just blows.

Yeah Demolition was a great tag team. I been watching videos of the Rougeau Bros., and I miss seeing them to. At one time there were: Demolition, Powers of Pain, Rockers, Hart Foundation,Rougeau Bros., Killer Bees, Strike Force, and even British Bulldogs. Thanks for the memories with your video.

  • The greatest tag team of all time.

  • I remember in the late 90's during the Attitude era, there was always rumors online that WWF was going to bring Demolition back with Crush and new member(s). Hard to say if it wouldve been a simple tag team or stable, as during that time there a few stables. I doubt it would have went over well if they had brought them back.

  • Best Tag Team Ever!

  • nah.. pretty good but it doesnt out-match HeadCheese :)

  • great theme

  • i like this

  • Oh, and the theme song is a simple, timelesss Derringer classic. If you grew up hearing this up as those two big beasts lumbered down the aisle, you can't help but get fired up almost 20 years later.

  • I'm a man, now 32, who grew up when wrestling wasn't Melrose place on steroids. It was quality entertainment for the 6 year old to 23 year old crowd then. There were some good lessons and examples set. Demoloition was the premier monstrous tag team of the era. The lack of intrigue of Pro Wrestling now is subsidized by a base level of smut and over the top characters.

  • very well said poolboyek

  • He comes thee ass!

  • wwe does not have the rights to the song. there was a long court battle between the two parties over the song actually.. but the song can be found on WWF piledriver album 2 on ebay.. i got mine there last year... ON a side note best tag team ever are Demolition and Harlem Heat

  • with who?

  • Just an update. I got the Summerslam Anthology, and this song is not dubbed over. Wierd.

  • Does anyone know why WWE has dubbed this song over on the Mania and Royal Rumble Anthologies? Did the WWF not have the rights to this?

  • The person doing the editing accidentally dubbed over the Demolition and Slick themes cause he/she thought it was licensed music. I heard Vince was royally pissed.

  • it madeit better though

  • I bet Vince told him/her "YOU'RRRRRRE FIIIIIIIIIRRRRRRRRRRREEEEDDDD!!!"

  • 1:25-- Its Demolition FUJI!

  • As an avid wrestling fan i LOVED Demolition, best theme tune and THE longest running WWF/WWEtag team champions EVER....EVER

  • I know a lot of folks consider them "LOD Clones" but make no mistake, this team was good. They were good as single wrestlers and good as tag team wrestlers. I would of liked to see how far they could get if Ax didn't have health problems. Having Crush join and turning the heal was a BAD idea.

  • ax became the manager if i'm not mistaken

  • The best tag team ever I think is the Heart Foundation......

  • is a favorite team

  • powers of pain, the bolshevicks, the conquistadors, The young stallions strike force, the killer bees (even though Brian blair is a faggot) Now thats tag team wrestling

  • totally agree, Jetfan7...those guys were the real tag teams including DEMOLITION

  • Demolition were one of the greatest.I think when they added Crush though it cursed the tagteam division. We had Demolition,The Hart Foundation,The Bulldogs,The Islanders-then it went to crap.Guns,Godwinns,MNM-crap.

  • a lot of the tag teams now are just 2 singles guys that get stuck together. wwe's only real tag teams are the hardy's. london and kendrick, deuce n domino, mnm were a team until mercur's injury, but morrison has upped his game w. miz.

  • this what i listen to when im haveing sex

  • Truth about that is Vince Mcmahon couldn`t get L.O.D. to work for him at the time for one reason or another so he brought Demolition into the WWF and Demolition worked out great and got over really well with the fans and by the time L.O.D. finally did come into the WWF Demolition had done it all, won alot of championships and they were on their way out and then L.O.D. had a few good years in the WWF and then tag team wrestling in the WWE went to $hit. Demolition did more for the WWE.

  • tagteam wrestling is hardly around today aswell which is sad.

  • L.O.D. was around way before Demolition. Demolition was WWE's repsonse to L.O.D./ the Road Warriors.

  • exactly, just as the midnight rockers were the wwf version of rock n roll express(ricky morton and robert gibson of the NWA).

  • The Midnight Rockers started in the AWA.

  • LOD was so overrated...DEMOLITION was by far the best wrestling TAG TEAM!!

  • Demolition were in the WWE way before L.O.D. No disrespect to L.O.D. though. But after Demoltion left the WWE in 91 tag team wrestling just went to $hit!!!

  • Slayer would make this sound so much better.

  • Sorry, I meant to say *is* Vince involved

  • I lOed Demolition, But they were kinda a Wannabe LOD. But Demolition were so Much better than the Powers of Pain who were bigger rip offs of LOD. P.O.P. even stole the Haircuts from LOD!

  • Never forget the Royal Rumble when they were #1 and #2 in the ring. Best tag team of all time IMO

  • the wrestling version of KISS but far cooler.

  • Anyone know why WWE replaced Demolition's (and a few other's) theme song with a different one in the Wrestlemania 6 DVD and most of the recently released DVDs from that era? I mean, you try to go back in time and re-live the good old days of wrestling to get away from this current shitty product and WWE still manages to fuck you over! Unbelievable!

  • I believe cuz WWF didn't have the legal rights to the theme as well as a few others.

  • no wwe did have the rights but they mess up the dvd's all the time....wrestlemania 4 don muracos theme is not the original

  • They were legit

  • awsome song

  • I dig Rick Derringer ( guitars and women cd ) but this tune is over-the-top !!Them walking down the ramp with the leather mask....wow.....huge dudes....I wish you had put more photo's up of them !! Vince doesn't have any tag teams like them anymore.....I can honestly say I liked both smash and ax equally......they were both very rough individuals.

  • They need to induct Demolition into the WWE Hall of Fame.

  • Best tag team, best finisher and best 3 man tag team ever (yes, better than the Freebirds)

  • I'm not sure if they were the best team, but for sure the best soundtrack

  • They and the Road Warriors were the most dominant.

  • fucking awesome theme

  • They were trully one of the baddest tag teams ever witout a doubt and the meanest entrance theme as well!!

  • Good old Ax and Smash there hall of famers in my mind

  • Demolition were more than LOD copies, they were actually a very good tag team and considered one of the best teams in wrestling history.

  • the song rulez.and so does the team

  • greatest tag team ever!!

  • YOu know they are back together. I have a video montage of the stills from their first match back together on my channel.

  • Still my favorite tag team of all time. They were more badass than the Road Warriors in my opinion.

  • More badass than the Road Warriors?! lol. Sorry but that just wasn't true. I'll give Demolition their props, but they were only put together to capitalize on the LOD's popularity. Once the WWE got the LOD, they dropped Demolition. I'm not cutting on them. They were alright for their time, but they were an LOD clone. And nothing compares to an original.

  • @1:23, they look silly. LOL. they are the best though!

  • the best tag team the ever was

  • Awesome. Pain and destruction is only the name.

  • Demolition was the greatest (in the WWF).

Idiots call them Road Warrior knock-offs but they were almost nothing alike. Too bad Raw's 15th Anniversary didn't bring them back for one last night. They were awesome!

  • Barry Darsow was actually a part of the RAW 15th anniversary show. He is also the Repo Man. The other guy from Demolition had health problems which is why they brought in Crush.

  • I agree that it would've been AWESOME to have Demolition reunite @ the Raw 15th anniversary! But no way would a reunion happen anytime soon being that there's still bad blood between Bill Eadie (Ax) & Vince. That's one thing that pisses me off about Vince... he can't seem to put old grudges w/ some of these legends behind him for the sake of the business (though he did make amends w/ Bret Hart a couple years ago) That's why I don't think Demolition will be inducted into the HOF anytime soon.

  • maybe they released a demolition action figure set recently so who knows.

  • Considering they just wrestled together as Demolition 3 weeks ago in Philly and the day before wrestlemania in Orlando for UXW as their tag champs I don't think the bad blood is there now.

  • Does Vince involved w/ that UXW by any chance? Cause if he doesn't have anything to do w/ that organization, then I don't see what them wrestling for an indy league has to do w/ Eadie & Vince's bad blood stemming from Eadie's stint back in WWE.

  • One Badass Tag team!!!!! Thanks for posting this!!!!

  • I miss them

  • Best tag team ever in the wwe! longest title run in the history of the company.

  • They were a great tag team.
