Before you got to the nature of his crimes I thought and looked for the same thing. From what I can see he never injured anyone. His crimes had victims, sure, but they were never harmed by Teddy physically. It shows he stole to provide, rather than stole with the intention of physical abuse. I think it is great that he has realised his wrongs and made a change in his life. He actually seems like a decent fella and I wish him the best.
