what cam do you have buddy, I have the Autotec 270 cam in my mk3 8v 2.0l

@DramaKidStudioz yes mate i have the same cam from autotech,superior quality for its price.i have also a shrick 287 from a 2.0 8v engine and i intend to install but i need another program etc and now the economical crisis is hard for these stuff :)

Boy that engine sounds rough and the alternator belt or cam belt are too tight/worn etc. Sounds like it needs and engine rebuild! Looks great though!

@9Barry009 yes,the cam belt needs changing and the only mechanical thing that needs is piston rings.it sounds like diesel stuff because its recorded from a mobile phone,from close sounds pretty different

@Tylerssuperbee well mate a lot of money invested those 3 years i own it.full exhaust system,270 cam,port polishing,bigger valves,cam gear,intake system,golf 16v CDI with custom program on dyno,higher compression head gasket,racing high voltage spark plug wires,iridium sparks,2.0 alternator and some other little but crucial things were i dont know to translate them.also i have a mk3 gearbox,dont remember the code,which is the best upgrade.i have pawned 5 gearboxes due to highest power

You are wrong, it is quite possible. I know a guy that has mk2 gti 8v tuned for rallying, gives out 148 bhp

Yeah i like your style, ok the hood and the mirrors are not good looking ( my mind ). I also have a digifiz but not connected.

@TheEdition1 cam or hydrolic lifter mine did the same thing but it was fine.

@TheEdition1 yeah everyone has a different explanation on beauty stuff :)the digifiz is amazing but unfortunately the gas level is never correct cause i need the stuff wires from a digifiz golf.tick tick is the worned cam belt/alternator plus the recording is from a mobile phone
