did you put the folder or the .nds file at the root of the card? you r supposed to put the folder which is VGH or somethin

@averyhasgeekpsysic R4i isn't a real R4. Plus, there are 50 billion different R4is made by different companies, but they are all stolen versions of other companies' flashcarts. Most of them are copies of the DSTT (which is outdated), others are copies of the original R4, and some of them are shameless clones of the Acekard (which are never updated). It's much better to get a genuine Acekard.

@Crzynoob Well, the best way to determine which R4 clone you have is by naming the website for your specific R4. The r4i-sdhc(dot)com R4i is the one you're talking about, right? Yeah, that's a pretty good one (although it's probably still better to stray away from the R4s to prevent from getting one of the more crappier ones). I actually have one, but it's the non-1.4 version, which doesn't work with my DSi, and isn't updated. And I love my Acekard (inexpensive, and better than most R4s).

you don't need an Acekard but the acekard doesn't need DLDI patching. Make sure you put the "VGH" folder at the root of your SD card and put the .nds file wherever you want. and DLDI patching sice you have an R4

Hi i'm having a bit of trouble with the game. I've downloaded it and fllowed all the instructions for extracting the file etc...

but when i put my r4 card into my ds it just comes up with red writing say: menu?
