  • Saw you left a comment and thought I'd respond. Your bench is very smooth and precise, with emphasis on the anterior deltoids and mid-upper pecs. Nice! If you get a chance, try turning your elbows toward your waist about 15-20° and lower the weight to the underside edge of the lower pec region. This method is more powerlifting centric and saves wear and tear on your shoulders. Keep up the good work!
