  • Omega Threes are very important, but people think of it so much that they sleep oN GLA a good Omega 6 fatty acid which is key to your health as well. Make sure you take both, you will only be the more healthy for it.

  • Cook with Coconut Oil or Olive Oil if you aren't allergic to Coconut or Olives. Get rid of Vegitable Oils.

  • i love supplements.

  • You don't really need to cut fats as you do sugar. That's what really clogs the arteries. I wish they would stop lying to us.

  • Good info. Didn't know that flaxseed oil is not enough.
